Information and communication technology has become the part and parcel of teaching
profession. The education system has moved its journey from physical to virtual class. In
today’s rapidly increasing globalised world, it is imperative to make learning and education a
holistic experience beyond classroom academics is a need of the hour. To equip oneself one
must have several resources and tools. The teachers being a right channel of imparting
education to the scholars and learners needs to imbibe the professional development. The
present paper elaborates the ways and means through which the teachers can avail the
professional development. The paper highlights the e-resources and its usage for professional
development of the teachers.
